Legacies

Greetings all, this is my first blog for Legacies, a project that I am currently working on written by Meron Langsner. Legacies is a play about the tradition of martial arts, the predjudices associated with it and a family's ability to heal and forgive. Though still a work in progress and originally a staged reading, excerpts from the play will be staged at this years' one act festival at Brooklyn College on May 8th, 9th and 11th. Katherine DeCoux is directing, while I will be handling the fight direction. Here is the beginning of my research which examines the methods, traditions and practice of the Japanese Sword. Enjoy!!
